SoftGardenStation offers a variety of luxury yacht charter experiences, such as:

  • Renting a yacht for the day
  • Evening boat tours
  • Business getaway trips
  • Private gatherings
  • Extended yacht journeys

We ensure all services are provided based on current availability and adequate weather. We may alter or cease services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To make a reservation, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Supply valid and full information
  • Remit the required down payment as stated in your reservation confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only secured after we receive the payment and send a confirmation in writing. We hold the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings depend on the availability of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We aim to satisfy your preferred scheduling as best as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are provided in € and encompass applicable taxes, unless specified otherwise. Prices may vary without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the overall charter fee required at the time of reservation
  • Equilibrium: Payable 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Incidental charges (as applicable): Payable once the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus handling fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50% of the payment
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain view the weather as unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter without extra cost to the next suitable day
  • Process a full refund if an alternative date is unavailable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical troubles with the designated yacht, we will endeavor to provide a comparable replacement. If we're unable to do so, customers will receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Charter attendees are required to:

  • Heed all directions from the crew
  • Utilize safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health conditions that may impact their onboard safety
  • Stay within the assigned zones on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items forbidden on the yacht include:

  • Glass receptacles
  • Illegal elements
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Pets (without prior consent)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave with respect. In the event of behavior that jeopardizes safety or mars the enjoyment of other guests, we can terminate a charter prematurely without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is restricted to the payment received for your charter. We do not bear responsibility for:

  • Bodily injuries stemming from your actions
  • Loss or impairment of personal properties
  • Indirect, resulting, or punitive damages
  • Delays due to weather or uncontrollable factors

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our company maintains thorough marine insurance policies covering our vessels and operations. Charter guests are advised to secure personal travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Partaking in our charter services means you understand the inherent risks of marine activities and accept personal responsibility for safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to make alterations to the itinerary, routes or schedules for reasons such as weather, safety needs, or operational necessities. We are committed to providing suitable alternatives when changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be accountable for any hold-ups, cancellations, or adjustments instigated by events outside our control, including:

  • Dire meteorological phenomena
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Legal directives
  • Closure of seaports
  • Vehicular malfunction

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your confidential details will be processed following our Privacy Policy. You consent to our information collection and usage as outlined by the Privacy Policy when you engage with our services.

11. Intellectual Property
