What does a typical yacht lease encompass?
Each charter comes with trained crew members, protective gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Depending on the charter type, inclusions differ — for instance, sunset voyages offer upscale refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, whereas business charters provide meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we advise scheduling a charter 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and private occasions, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand allows better options and sufficient time for any personalization.
What is the procedure for inclement weather conditions?
Our main concern is safety. In case the weather is considered dangerous by our captain, we propose rescheduling the voyage for another date or providing a complete reimbursement. Weather forecasts are monitored carefully and if the outlook seems doubtful, we'll get in touch with you 24 hours before setting sail.
May I bring food and drinks on board?
Absolutely, you may carry your own meals and refreshments. We do, however, offer excellent catering options, and can tailor menus to suit your taste. For safety purposes, please be aware that glass containers are not permitted on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
We endeavor to cater to all of our guests' needs. Some yachts are designed with more accessible features than others. We recommend discussing any special requirements when making your booking, so we can suggest the best possible yacht and ensure all necessary arrangements are made.
Could you explain your cancellation terms?
If you cancel more than 72 hours ahead of departure, you're entitled to a full reimbursement. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are ineligible for a refund, except in cases of unfavourable weather or mechanical failures on our part.
